TERMS OF SERVICE

Tapleto Host Ltd. agrees to provide services to the Subscriber, subject to the following (“Terms of Service”). Tapleto Host Ltd., the company here after referred to as, (“Tapleto Host“), (“Us”), (“We”) and The Client, (“Customer”), (“Client”) and (“You”). Use of Tapleto Host Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to AUP (“Acceptable Use Policy”) and ToS (“Terms of Service”). All provisions of this contract are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Tapleto Host. Subscriber understands that change to the ToS by Tapleto Host shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment.

By accepting our Terms of Service, you also agree to the following:

REFUNDS AND DISPUTES

Tapleto Host offer 3 days free trial for game servers, no credit card or subscription required. VPS hosting, Web hosting service orders placed by newly registered customers are eligible for refunds within 72 hours of the creation of the server in our database, this point is not marked by the time at which your initial payment is processed and may differ by several hours or days. Other services, including Game Servers, Dedicated Servers, product addons and domains are not eligible for a refund. Refunds cannot be requested without probable cause; in addition to this non-monthly terms are non-refundable. Our 72-hour money back guarantee applies to a new client’s first order only. To request a refund, you must submit a refund request via the support ticket system outlining the reason. If you meet the terms of eligibility, a refund will be issued by a team member. Refunds will not be issued automatically. Refunds issued for billing errors are made on a per case basis. Adding Funds / Account Credit Balance Deposits are non-refundable. Plans purchased using a special promotion, promo code, or special discount link, are non-refundable. Payments made for the renewal of services are not eligible for refund. All refunds are made through the gateway in which initial payments were made. Some payment methods may not support refunds, in this case, the refund will be issued as account credit instead.

CANCELLATIONS

To terminate your services you must cancel via our WHMCS billing area at https://client.tapleto-host.net using the cancellation request form. A cancellation request must be submitted when a client wishes to no longer proceed with their service. Accounts with a credit card on file will automatically attempt to renew until cancelled. Tapleto Host will attempt to cancel payments subscriptions via API requests after receipt of a cancellation request, however, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure any active payment subscriptions to Tapleto Host are canceled from their side. Therefore, we cannot and will not be responsible for unintended payments made via the automatic payment subscription service. Tapleto Host does not have access to the client's payment accounts we cannot and will not be responsible for incidental payments made from using the automatic payment subscription service.

Cancellation requests are not a refund request. If you are eligible for a refund then a formal refund request ticket must be sent within the 72-hour money back guarantee refund period. Any requests made outside of that refund period are not valid or eligible for a refund.

EXPLOITATION

Clients are disallowed from exploiting services to modify settings of features beyond which they are permitted in their rental agreement. For instance, a client may not modify their slot count to an amount which differs from what they are renting from us.

Backups

We will use good faith efforts to backup data stored on our services with regular backups on Weekly or Monthly basis which are intended for internal use only and we can not guarantee that a regular Backup will be available when the need arise. It is your responsibility to backup data of all your content in order to prevent potential data loss.

Liability Limitation And Exclusion

Tapleto Host, under no circumstances, shall be held liable for any data loss, disruption of information, or distribution of information including that of unauthorized access to our server systems or any other loss of data. Tapleto Host shall not be held liable for any disruption, delay, or disconnection of services for any period of time. We reserve the right to terminate a client’s services in the event of a charge dispute, despite the outcome of the dispute.

Tapleto Host is not responsible for any damage, alterations or actions taken by an additional user account. Additional user accounts are added at the sole discretion of the client.

Support

Any support requests required for products from Tapleto Host shall be submitted through the billing system via tickets. Any other form of contact other than the predetermined ticket system is not guaranteed a proper answer from an official representative.

Promotions

Tapleto Host cannot guarantee that all promotion codes will work all of the time.

Legal Contact

Tapleto Host retains the right to seek and consult with any appropriate authorities that may need to be involved in the event of an issue arising whether it is through violation of this policy or any other illegal occurrence requiring involvement of law-enforcement agencies. Tapleto Host regards any communication between parties as confidential, upon distribution of any communication, unless prior approval is in place, we will take action to the full extent of the law. By purchasing a server from Tapleto Host you permit us to modify your server, this includes, but is not limited to, changing settings, uploading/mods, and other tasks related to running any server. Any verbal or written action to compromise our server systems or any other equipment owned by Tapleto Host will be taken seriously and will result in further investigation and possible lawsuits. Upon cancellation of payments to Tapleto Host your server will be suspended unless prior arrangements are made. Files will be kept as long as possible after termination or suspension however the guaranteed amount of time is unspecified. Tapleto Host retains the sole right to stop, start, and modify your server at any given time.

Unlimited Policy

While we offer unlimited bandwidth and space to our customers we reserve the right to request that you delete excessive file such as large logs or anything else we deem excessive. Any uploaded files that cause the server to lag or make the server unplayable are not the responsibility of Tapleto Host. Unfair usage If we find your server using any sort of system to bypass limits put on your server such as slots or RAM amount your server is subject to being terminated without refund.

Termination

We reserve all rights to terminate your server or service upon any violation of these terms or any other basis if deemed needed. Services which are suspended for non-payment will be terminated 7 days after the renewal invoice is due. We do not terminate services without cause.

AFFILIATE COMISSIONS

Tapleto Host offers an affiliate program which will provide you with the opportunity to receive a 12% recurring comission on referred signups. This payout is contingent upon referred signups being genuine, new sales leads. Whether or not the referred signups are genuine is solely at our discretion. An example of an ingenuine referral would be affiliate traffic from a coupon directory which customers would only be visiting during the time of their order (which has already been initiated).

Any abuse complaints regarding a service of yours will be forwarded to you and will require immediate attention. We may suspend your services until abuse reports have been resolved. If an abuse report is found in favor of the reporter, your services may be terminated.
